Use this page to request deletion of your Shagle Chat App guest account and associated data.
Request deletion by email
Email ditpolairudteam@gmail.com with the subject Shagle Chat App – Delete my data. You can make this request without reinstalling the app.
Tell us that you want your guest account and associated data deleted. Include a guest/account or reward-request identifier if you already have one, and the approximate date you last used the app. If you do not have an identifier, say so; support will discuss what information is available to locate and verify your account. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details or private chat contents.
How we identify guest accounts
Shagle uses guest accounts rather than an email login. Your email address alone does not identify your guest account. We may need additional verification before deleting data, and may be unable to identify an account if its local identifiers have been lost. We will explain any identification issue in our response; submitting an email does not itself complete deletion.
Delete directly in the app
If you still have access, open Profile → Settings → Delete account and data and confirm. This is the most direct way to identify and delete the correct guest account. If the request fails because of a connection problem, retry or contact support.
What is removed and retained
Account deletion removes the active guest account, server conversations and saved preferences, reply jobs and submitted reports. In-app deletion also clears the app's local profile and chats. Remote deletion cannot erase files from an offline device; clear app storage or uninstall to remove those local copies.
Limited usage and reward records may remain for up to 90 days. Encrypted application backups are rotated daily and removed once older than seven days. A minimal deletion journal keeps identifiers and deletion times to prevent restoration of deleted records. Email correspondence and records independently retained by hosting, advertising and model providers follow their retention practices. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Deleting the account also removes access to its message balance. Uninstalling the app by itself does not delete server data.
